The Archero Return Policy applies exclusively to the original purchaser of items bought directly from our website, www.thearchero.com. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date and must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note that damaged items will not be accepted.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Please examine your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if you find any damages or issues. Be sure to include your order number, a detailed descreption of the problem, and photos of any damage to the product or packaging. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of the order's arrival to be valid.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email our team hello@thearchero.com for authorization. Be sure to include your order number and provide a detailed description of the reason for your return. Once you have received authorization, securely package the item in its original packaging (if possible), include your proof of purchase and send your return to the address provided.
SHIPPING
Please be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item has a manufacturer defect. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as Archero is not liable for items lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will contact you via email. You will be informed whether your refund request is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
